It’s so important for us, as families, to start making little changes to impact a huge difference to our environment. As a family of 5, we understand the importance of bringing up our children to look after our environment.

The UK Government estimates our total annual coffee cup waste equates to 30,000 tonnes and suggest that by 2025 more than 3.75 billion disposable cups could be used per year in the UK alone – staggering! What’s worse is that of those 3.75B disposable coffee cups currently used, just 0.25% are recycled. That’s why wherever possible our reusable products are made from sustainable, recyclable materials including farmed bamboo, stainless steel and double-walled glass. We also use plastic-free packaging when shipping our products – green jiffy bags, recycled cardboard and paper tape.

Every reusable product has a 2-3 year (constant daily use) life span. WakeCup even offers an End of Life service for all WAKEcup products. When recycling, you are eligible for a new ‘like for like’ item
at half price. You can’t say fairer than that. We all need to wake up and smell the coffee. This planet NEEDS us and we NEED it!
