Sometimes, as parents, we only focus on our kid’s wellbeing. However, it is so important to take a step back and think about ourselves too.
The Oxford Dictionary describes wellbeing as “the state of being comfortable, healthy, or happy.”
And I couldn’t agree more. The problem is we are so busy with life, we forget these essential things that can turn the word “life” into “living”.
Wellbeing is a lifestyle. Something we all have to make time for, to improve and balance our physical and mental health.
